Fence
G&W Foundry played an integral role in the manufacturing of the fence that currently surrounds the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis reservoir in New York City’s Central Park. In 2003 a new fence was manufactured and constructed that replicates the original fence that was constructed in 1862. The fence is comprised of 1,538 fence posts and 1,535 fence panels. Each post consists of 2 casting while each panel consists of 26. G&W supported the manufacturing efforts by manufacturing a significant portion of the 43,000 castings on the 8,150 foot long fence that stands 4 feet 8 inches tall.
Bike Racks
G&W Foundry manufactures tens of thousands of cast iron bike racks for the city of New York. These bike racks have been installed in all areas of the city. This is just one of the many examples that demonstrates that no job is too big or too small for G&W Foundry.

Elevators
Regardless if you are in the state of Florida, our nation’s capital, or cities of San Diego and New York, chances are that you have ridden in an elevator that G&W helped make. We make parts for many different elevators, specifically the machinery that entails gear cased, pillow blocks and sheaves of various sizes for new machines and replacement parts requiring quick turnaround time. G&W’s main focus is to ensure the efficient delivery and production of high quality parts to meet critical demand situations.
Feed & Bio Fuel Industry
G&W Foundry is currently manufacturing components for equipment in the Feed & Bio Fuel industry. The component shown here is a base for a Feed & Bio Fuel pellet mill. This casting weighs approximately 6,000 lbs. This is yet another example that no job is too big or too small for G&W Foundry.
