Information you give us. When you submit a Request for Quote, contact form, or download request, or email or call us, we collect what you provide. This may include:

- Project details, drawings, specifications, and files you upload
- Anything else you choose to include in a message
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect standard technical data:
- IP address and approximate location (city/region level)

- Pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, and the site that referred you
- Date and time of your visit
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information, through the site. Please do not send it to us.

- Business transfers, if GW Foundry is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Information would remain subject to this policy.
DATA RETENTION
We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including ongoing customer relationships, and as required for legal, tax, and accounting records. We then delete or anonymize it.
SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us to:

- Correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
